Shipping policy

All of our unique products are custom-printed to order just for you. Because we do not keep a pre-printed inventory, your order undergoes a dedicated manufacturing process before it can be dispatched. 

1.Production and Fullfillment Times

Standard Production: Please allow 2 to 7 business day's for our printing team to print, cure, quality check and pack items. 

Peak Seasons: During high-volume holiday periods (such as Christmas, Fathers Day or Mother's Day) production times may extend to 7 to 10 business days. 

 

2. Shipping and Delivery Estimates

Once your item has completed production, it is handed over to our delivery couriers. You will receive an automated email containing your tracking number as soon as it leaves the warehouse. Estimated delivery timelines are as follows. 

Standard Shipping (Australia Wide): 2 to 7 business days depending on your location (regional areas may take longer).

Express Shipping (Australia Wide): 1 to 3 business day's following completion of production. 

International Shipping: 10 to 21 business days depending on the destination country and local customs processing. Please note: Opting for Express Shipping speeds up the courier delivery transit time only, it does not fast track the 2 to 7 business day printing and production window. 

3. Tracking Your Order

Every order is sent via tracked shipping networks. Please allow up to 24 hours from receiving your shipment  notification email for the tracking link to update with live tracking events. 

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Orders)

For orders shipped outside Australia, the recipient is responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees levied by the destination country. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
